When you submit a game
The publishing form sends the details you enter to PiqFocus. This includes your contact information, project description, development stage, requested support and the links you choose to share. The information is stored so PiqFocus can review the project and contact you about it.
Your project stays private
Submissions are not displayed in the public catalogue. They are available to authorised administrators through the site’s management tools. A submission reference confirms that a record was saved; it does not mean the project has been accepted for publishing.
Share only what is needed
Use links to builds, gameplay footage or pitch decks. Do not include passwords, payment details, source-code credentials or material you are not entitled to share. Please make sure the links you provide can be opened by the person reviewing your project.
Website operation
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Its hosting providers process technical request data to operate and secure the service. The submission service uses a one-way network identifier for short-term abuse prevention. These identifiers are separate from your pitch and are cleaned up after their rate-limit window expires.
PiqFocus has not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The form keeps your entries in the current page while you move between its steps; an unsent form is not a saved submission. Reloading or closing the page may clear unsent entries.
External services
Steam links open Steam. Email links open your email application. Those services apply their own privacy policies. This site does not send an email on your behalf when you click an email link.
Updates, access or deletion
For questions about your submission, or to request an update or deletion, email ahmet@piqfocus.com from the address you used and include your reference number. PiqFocus may ask for information needed to verify the request.
A submission is a first conversation
Submitting does not create a publishing agreement, transfer ownership or guarantee a response, funding or publication. Any project-specific responsibilities and commercial terms are discussed separately if there is a mutual fit.
